    JOB SUMMARY

    The technicians must be able to complete diagnosis of any mechanical, electrical, or other various failures/breakdowns of a truck or its related equipment. This position will also perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of truck engines, transmissions, carrier assemblies, clutches, brakes, electrical systems, and any other truck or related equipment adjustment/repairs.
    ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
    Trained to use all tools of trade, including precision instruments and technical shop machines and diagnostic tools.Use previous and on the job training to read and understand technical publications, including on-line service software and service bulletins. He/she must be able to use information contained in them to do their own work and to assist others concerning the content.He/She will learn to determine usability of all component parts and must be able to list and order all needed parts using the dealer management system. Must be able to complete work accurately and timely as outlined in published time standards guidelines.Must be able to write and/or type a good description of all work performed on each individual repair using the dealer management system. Ability to perform all aspects of the job safely and in accordance with OSHA and Bruckner's rules and regulations expressed and implied.Understands the importance of attendance and punctuality and how it directly impacts customer service.Is a good steward of company tools and resources.Achieves and maintains certifications as required by the company, the OEM's or by Federal Law. Inspections Used Truck Inspections Wheel Seals Brake Adjustments Clutch Adjustments Pinion Seals Foundation brake replacement (shoes, drums, & hardware) Battery diagnoses & replacement U-joints Shocks Small make ready items (mudflaps,1/4 fenders, bug screens, bug shields, & bumpers)
    POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    Education & Experience:
    High School Diploma desired.Must possess and use good interpersonal skills to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner. Dealership experience is preferred Must be able to operate various computer diagnostic devices, laptops, and tablets. Physical Demands:
    Involves essential ability to maneuver around, in, on and under trucks in order to properly inspect and diagnose all types of problems and repairs. Must be able to pass a physical and drug and alcohol screens during pre-employment screening, randomly and/or as requested throughout employment.Must be able to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder.Want to know more about our family-owned company,

    JOB SUMMARY

    Service Technician must provide basic hand / air tools for their use along with the ability to use basic power tools including grinders, drills, drill presses, cut off saws and other various tools of the trade. Basic knowledge of hand tools, mechanical and hydraulic systems, pneumatics, 12-volt electrical systems and CANBUS Systems.

    POSITION INFORMATION

    He/ she is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and neat, for all tools, and equipment to perform this operation. He/she will assist with PDI of new truck and get them ready for truck sales to present to prospective buyers, road testing, & delivery of trucks to venders. **Commercial Drivers License Required**
    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
    Must keep the building, workbenches, Company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.Must keep the grounds cleaned from all trash and loose items.Must help in keeping the salvage yard cleaned up and orderly.Must help in ordering, cleaning equipment as needed.Must have a driver's license in order to operate the Company vehicles.Will be required at times to pick up parts and take customers around town.Must be able to perform all these duties in a safe manner.Ability to follow Bruckner policy and procedures implied and expressed.Work with a minimum of supervision.QUALIFICATIONS
    High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required: At least a minimum 9th grade education. Must have had some experience in the trade and able to know the proper products and tools required. Must be able to take instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors. Will have to maintain a professional appearance, and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner. Position requires interaction with others and the ability to move easily from one task to another. Due to the urgency of the various job tasks there will be some level of stress.PHYSCIAL DEMANDS
    Involves essential ability to pass a physical and drug screen.Must be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high. Must be able to work around, over, and under equipment and trucks as needed.     **Part Time Only**

    Contractor Services

    During the term of this contract, Contractor shall provide Client with various services to be determined by Client. It is anticipated that Client will request services primarily related to Bruckner's dealership entry requests. Contractor will be delivering and picking up commercial vehicles throughout Oklahoma as well as other out of state runs. Contractor will also provide services as directed for other circumstances if needed.
    Multiple Employer Driver

    The Contractor agrees that they are either a "Multiple Employer Driver" or have the freedom to be a "Multiple Employer Driver" if they desire to do so at any time during the contract terms. Driver ensures they are current with all FMCSR regulations for those persons that operate a CMV.
    Term

    This Agreement shall be effective for 365 days, unless either party wishes to terminate, with a minimum of two (2) days advance written notice to the other party.
    Compensation

    Client agrees to pay Contractor for all services rendered as stipulated under the attached driver compensation guidelines. Contractors are paid an agreed upon per mile rate when driving a commercial vehicle or an hourly rate chasing, waiting, riding in or driving a rental car. Reimbursement for all approved expenses at actual cost incurred. Contractors are assigned a company fuel card that is only to be used when fueling vehicles that they are transporting for Bruckner Truck Sales Inc.

    Taxes

    Contractor acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for all personal, federal, state income and employment taxes and withholdings.
