We are looking for an Apprentice / Craftsman who already possesses solid experience in the trades and wants to continue developing their skills while growing with a company that values professionalism, integrity, and long-term career advancement.

Responsibilities
Perform residential maintenance, repair, and improvement projectsDrywall installation, repair, and finishingInterior and exterior paintingBasic to advanced carpentry workTrim installation and repairDoor and hardware installationGeneral handyman servicesJobsite preparation and cleanupCommunicate professionally with customersDocument work using company technology and softwareFollow company systems, procedures, and quality standardsDesired Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman servicesStrong drywall finishing and painting skills preferredCarpentry experience highly preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to learn and utilize mobile technology and dispatching softwareValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work safelyWhat We're Looking For
