SUMMARY: The Health Information Management Clerk works as part of the administrative and medical office team performing those medical records/clerical duties necessary to prepare patients for visit. Provides backup coverage for Patient Access Representative as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Knowledge of medical terminology.
3. A minimum of one (1) year clerical experience.
4. Computer literate.
5. Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques.
6. The ability to communicate effectively in person and on the telephone with other staff, the public, the patients and the medical staff of Broward Community Family.
7. Good organizational skills.
The Staff Physician serves as a key member of the medical provider team, delivering comprehensive primary care services to patients across there lifespan. This role also includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, participation in quality initiatives, and potential involvement in hospital-based care and on-call responsibilities.

SUMMARY: The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and performing advanced accounting functions, financial reporting, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, grant accounting support, and month-end and year-end closing activities for the organization. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records and supports compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), HRSA requirements, federal grant regulations, and organizational financial policies.
