    Position: Sterile Processing Technician
    Location: Long Beach, CA
    Position Type: 3 Months Contract to Permanent

    Compensation Details:
    Gross Hourly Pay Rate: $33/hour to $36/hour
    Requirements:
    At least 2 years of Sterile Processing Technician experience.CRCST/ CSPDT License.WHAT WE DO:
    We are an innovative provider of off-site surgical instrument sterilization, transportation, storage, and loaner tray logistics, serving health systems and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). With the recent acquisitions of early market movers in this space, we are growing a national footprint with a mission to disrupt a traditionally fragmented and under digitized sterile processing industry. We are scaling rapidly to address the rising demand for elective surgeries and streamlined sterile processing services.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    Instrument Processing Mastery:
    Transform used medical instruments from potential hazards to paragons of sterility.
    Master the technology and protocols that banish contaminants, ensuring every piece is treated with the utmost care.

    Assembly and Packaging Artistry:
    Assemble and package instrument sets with the precision of a craftsman, ensuring every tool's readiness for life-saving procedures.
    Quality Control Vigilance:
    Be the guardian of safety, conducting meticulous checks that ensure only the highest standards of sterilization are met.

    Inventory Management Acumen:
    Keep a keen eye on our arsenal of instruments, ensuring every item is accounted for, pristine, and ready at a moment's notice.
    Safety and Infection Control Champion:
    Uphold the highest standards of infection control, donning your armor of PPE to safeguard against the unseen enemy.

    Documentation Diligence:
    Maintain the annals of sterilization, keeping records meticulous and up to date, ensuring our history of excellence is well documented.
    Equipment Maintenance Expertise:
