Pay: $48,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience) + potential performance bonuses
About Us
Brothers Eatery is a new restaurant and sports bar opening in Gallipolis, Ohio. Our goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming place where guests can enjoy great food, watch sports, and have a great time with friends and family.
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Restaurant Manager who enjoys working with people, leading a team, and helping build a great atmosphere from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operationsManage and support front-of-house and back-of-house staffProvide excellent guest service and ensure guest satisfactionAssist with hiring, scheduling, and training staffMaintain a clean, organized, and positive work environmentMonitor inventory, supplies, and orderingHelp create a fun, welcoming sports bar atmosphereRequirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industryPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work evenings, weekends, and busy shiftsReliable, organized, and team-orientedWhat We Offer
