This is a Seasonal Summer Position.
We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and hardworking Resort Maintenance Technician to join our team at a Minnesota. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our resort property, grounds, buildings, and equipment in top condition so our guests enjoy an outstanding experience every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic to intermediate construction and home repair tasks (drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on resort buildings, cabins, and facilitiesHandle boat maintenance and repairs (outboard motors, hull care, trailers, etc.)Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation repairs, and general grounds upkeepOperate a tractor and other equipment safely for landscaping or property projectsTroubleshoot and repair minor issues with HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and fixturesComplete work orders efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environmentAssist with seasonal projects and special maintenance needs as requiredRequirements:
Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or facilities maintenanceBasic to intermediate skills in construction and home repair (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting)Experience with boat maintenance is strongly preferredKnowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenanceAbility to safely operate a tractor and related equipmentValid driver’s licenseAbility to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and stand/walk for extended periodsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionPositive attitude and guest-service mindsetJob Type: Full-time
