Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Sales Support & Retailer Relationship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our internal sales teams and external retail partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient execution, and strong relationship management.
You will support sales operations while working closely with retail buyers to understand requirements, manage day‐to‐day needs, and build long-term partnerships. Your energetic, detail-oriented approach will drive collaboration, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our retail network in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in sales support, account management, project coordination, and customer relationship management, including exposure to NetSuite and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Operations
Provide comprehensive sales support by coordinating order processing, managing documentation, tracking shipments, and ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryAssist sales team members with pricing, product information, sales materials, and customer-specific requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems (Netsuite)Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution
Retailer & Buyer Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with retail buyers through regular communicationAct as a key point of contact for retailer inquiries related to product availability, order status, timelines, and promotionsGather, document, and communicate retailer requirements clearly to internal teamsResolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of retailer satisfaction
Account Management & Reporting
Support account management activities by monitoring retailer performance metrics and KPIsAnalyze sales and account data to identify trends and growth opportunitiesPrepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for sales leadership and account teamsAssist in seasonal planning, promotional execution, and replenishment coordination
Retailer Onboarding & Enablement
Assist with onboarding new retail partners by guiding them through internal processesEnsure new retailers are smoothly integrated into the sales ecosystem
Experience & Qualifications Required
Proven experience in sales support, account management, or customer-facing roles within retail, wholesale, financial services, or B2B environmentsStrong familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systemsExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred

Shipping Coordinator / Import Production Assistant – Mandarin Speaking
This position is filled by a Mandarin-speaking individual who excels at putting things exactly where they belong. The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses exceptional communication skills, has an ability to learn quickly, and exhibits a drive to constantly strive for perfection.
Job Responsibilities:
· Purchase Orders:
o Track PO progress and update respective departments.
o Create PO processing priority list.
o Handle and track emergency requests.
o Update PO progress checklist for each order.
o Coordinate with Sourcing department for product samples.
· Package Design Tracking:
o Assist Design team with relevant product information for the creation of packaging (dimensions, etc.).
o Proofread all package artworks, correcting any errors based on customers’ guidelines.
o Source package suppliers, negotiate package price, and determine which supplier is the optimal choice.
o Keep track of inspection/QC reports.
o Coordinate with factories on product status and packaging issues.
o Release artwork after checking packaging instructions, ensuring that it aligns with company requirements.
o Release packaging artwork to factories.
· Manual Design Tracking:
o Request working samples, drafting manuals, line art, and high-res images for manual design.
o Send user manuals to factories, ensuring all information is correct before sending them out for mass production.
· Review Package Samples:
o Request packet samples from factories, discuss them with Sourcing, and prepare comments.
o Give feedback to factories on samples and approve final packaging samples to proceed with mass production.
o Coordinate with Sourcing and Import teams for approval of package prices.
o Request product package PDQ samples as requested by salespeople and buyers from factories.
· Oversee Mass Production Samples:
o Request mass production samples from factories, keeping track of the delivery schedule.
o Update all records in digital databases.
o Provide package feedback as advised by Sales and Sourcing teams.

The Packaging/Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director.
Job Responsibilities:
Timely and precise creation of packaging designs from initial concept to completion.Preparation of mockup packaging for management and client review.Management of multiple priorities, anticipating demands and communicating the status of different projects appropriately.Maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability.Stay up to date on color trends and market standards, integrating them into new design concepts.Ideal Qualifications/Skills:
