Job Title Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional resident care in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods. The ideal candidate will have experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings and possess strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Perform regular walking rounds through all neighborhoods to ensure high-quality resident care. Review and adjust nursing staffing levels to meet established productivity standards. Implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on resident strengths and comfort. Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances. Lead investigations into injuries, medication errors, and/or abuse allegations. Requirements Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse. Current CPR certification required.
