Drive innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies. Oversee product development processes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability. Establish pricing strategies and value propositions aligned with market positioning and margin targets. Portfolio Management: Optimize the product portfolio to balance growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Develop process and conduct regular portfolio reviews, including product performance, rationalization, and investment prioritization. Partner with operations and supply chain to align product offerings with manufacturing capabilities and scalability. Lead new product introduction processes and stage-gate governance. Marketing advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product development, commercialization, or strategic growth roles. Experience in labels, packaging, printing, converting, or a related manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch. Strong business acumen, financial orientation, and customer-facing leadership skills. Experience managing teams and driving enterprise-level change.
