    We are looking for a Solutions Architect to lead requirements definition and solution design for our ERP and other custom development projects. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, translating complex manufacturing & business workflows into structured, buildable specifications, and ensuring the technical solution stays aligned with operational reality throughout delivery.


    The initial 18-24 months for this role will be focused on ERP enhancement projects for one of our large manufacturing sites. This system integrates with numerous third-party services across production, procurement, and operations. Long-term the expectation is to continually enhance and evolve the platform’s capabilities and features.


    This is a hands-on role. You will own the requirements pipeline from stakeholder engagement through to signed-off documentation and provide architectural guidance to a C# / Angular development team delivering primarily backend-heavy distributed systems work.


    Essential Functions:


    Requirements and Business Analysis

    Lead structured requirements elicitation sessions with site stakeholders including operations, production, procurement, and finance.Produce clear, testable Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and Architectural Decision Records (ADR). Identify and resolve ambiguity early, distinguishing between what stakeholders ask for and what they actually need.Define and maintain acceptance criteria that development teams can build and test against.Manage requirements traceability across the project lifecycle.

    Solution Architecture

    Own the functional architecture of the ERP solution, ensuring design decisions are grounded in manufacturing site constraints.Define integration patterns between the ERP system and existing site infrastructure and third-party systems.Collaborate with software engineering leadership on non-functional requirements including performance, resilience, and data integrity.Review and validate technical designs against business requirements.Identify architectural risks early and propose mitigations.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    Facilitate workshops and working sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Communicate solution design decisions clearly to site leadership, operations teams, and the development team.Act as the primary point of contact for requirements-related queries during development.

    Delivery Support

    Support the development team in interpreting requirements throughout the build phase.Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.Contribute to testing strategy and UAT planning, ensuring acceptance criteria are properly validated.Requirements:

    Skills:

    Strong requirements elicitation skills, comfortable running structured interviews and workshops with non-technical operational stakeholders.Experience producing formal BRDs and functional specifications to a standard that development teams can build directly from.Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and integration architecture (REST APIs, messaging, event-driven patterns).Working knowledge of C# / .NET backend systems and Angular front-end architecture, sufficient to assess feasibility and communicate effectively with developers.Ability to identify and document exception cases, edge cases, and process variants, not just happy-path requirements.Strong written communication; able to produce documentation that is precise, consistent, and audience-appropriate.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

    7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, business analysis, or systems implementation3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment and hands-on involvement in ERP delivery Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, MIS, or a related fieldMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect is a plusCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plusFlexible hybrid on-site schedule

    Read and understand job jacket to ensure you have the required production steps have been completed and product matches job jacket requirements.Will check packing instructions and quantity to make sure order ships per customer specifications, quantity ordered, and correct shipping carrier.Enter shipment information in shipping system to produce packing slip and customer information.Affix packing slip and all labels required by customer. Get supervisor sign off when needed.Updates shipping information on the job jacket.Processes shipment through automated shipping system to make sure correct carrier is selected and shipping charges are applied. At end of the shift clerk cleans area, equipment, and informs supervisor of any problems that caused issues during the day. Daily and timely attendance required to be successful.Performs other job duties as assigned.

    Description

    1st shift Monday -Friday 7:00am to 3:30

    Rate of pay starts at $18.00/ hour based on printing and machine operation experience

    We run HP digital Print Presses, Flexo Print Presses and Screen Print Presses.

    Requirements

    Primary responsibilities:

    Using the job jacket, verifies material size, type of material.Clean all nip, corona tray and corona rollers, check tack of blue and feeder roller and refresh if tack is low.Check ink levels and add ink as needed to reach proper levels and run ink test program.Select art for job and RIP over to press.Run job to perform first piece inspection. If required by gang, makes sure that job jacket is signed off and Supervisor check is conducted before running job.Use the first piece to check quality of print during run and complete job. Place the first piece in the jacket to be used as a guide by future work processes.When job is complete scan the job to the next work center and move job to completed hold area.At end of shift operator cleans area and informs supervisor of any mechanical, material or ink problems that caused issues during the day.Requirements:
