Field Technician Responsibilities:
Deliver professional, customer-focused serviceCommunicate effectively with on-site contacts and remote stakeholdersDocument work thoroughly and accuratelyComplete service requests on timeTroubleshoot network and hardware issuesInstall and terminate low-voltage cablingRepair and upgrade computer hardwareSet up and maintain printers, camera systems, and digital signageAssist with new installations and large-scale projects
Requirements:
Some college coursework completedLow-voltage wiring experience (preferred)Computer hardware training or experience (A+ certification or equivalent)Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivatedEager to learn and passionate about technologyValid driver’s licenseReliable transportation (wagon, SUV, or van preferred)Must be able to pass a background check
