  Compensation:

  $25 - $35 per hour

  
  Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded promptly.Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed swiftly.Prepare monthly financial reports to provide insights into the firm's financial health.Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to align with financial goals.Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all financial practices.Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  Qualifications:Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably with a professional services firm.Ability to maintain accurate financial records with meticulous attention to detail.Proven track record of reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies efficiently.Proficiency in preparing monthly financial reports to provide actionable insights.Ability to assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses effectively.Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions.Experience with QuickBooks desktop.
