The Vibrant Living Director at a Brightview community serves as a champion and coach to our team of associates and residents with an immediate and sustained goal of shaping and fostering a spirit of vibrant living in the community. In fact, this position is so focused on motivating, encouraging and ensuring that all of our residents live their fullest lives possible, that it officially carries the title of Vibrant Living Director.
Responsibilities:In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to all associates with particular focus on guaranteeing the delivery of high quality and vibrant social, physical, educational and spiritual programs for all residents.
You will also monitor trends and new developments in senior living and related fields and will support the development and execution of robust, varied, and meaningful programs. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will develop and lead a team of Licensed Nursing Associates while providing clinical supervision to MedTechs and Resident Assistants (HHAs). Through your leadership, the team will collaborate to implement comprehensive, resident-centered care plans that reflect Brightview's high standards of nursing practice and meet all regulatory requirements.
You will conduct nursing assessments, provide clinical oversight, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. RN required Experience in geriatric nursing or gerontology and dementia care (preferred). 2+ years of experience in a health care supervisory role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of associates, residents and family members. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead and direct all care, services and programming within Wellspring Village (Brightview's special neighborhood for residents with dementia and other memory care needs), ensuring exceptional quality and services.
