What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning Collaborate closely with BCBAs for mentorship, clinical oversight, and case management Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care Implement and oversee ABA programs across clinic, home, and school settings Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online data platform What You Bring Active BCaBA certification Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services - preferred (not required) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a plus Compensation Read Less

Step into an impactful setting where you can deliver quality ABA services and help children with autism thrive in their natural environment at partner childcare centers, client homes, and schools in McDonough, Ga and areas within a 30-minute radius. Make a real difference in their lives today! Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Why Is This Position Nontraditional? We are led by a team of Behavior Analysts that have over 25 years certified combined and who truly understand the significance of the work we do every day. ABA services in our childcare centers are delivered in a natural environment, with same age peers fostering meaningful progress and skill development for children with autism through real-life, everyday interactions. Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the childcare classroom. Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on. What We Are Looking For: Seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA for applied behavior analysis services and behavioral support in McDonough, GA childcare centers. Assess and implement behavioral interventions for children, particularly those with ASD or other developmental challenges. Provide training to RBTs and childcare staff. Offer behavioral consultation within partner childcare centers. What You'll Need: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Strong organizational and collaboration skills. What We Offer: Total compensation: $105,000 ($90,000 + $15,000 performance-based bonuses) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: We value your commitment to our team, and we offer a generous sign-on bonus to be paid out at 3 and 6 months of employment to show our appreciation. Receive $1,500 in CEU reimbursement, which can also be applied toward travel expenses for conferences Manageable billable expectation: 25 hours a week with a 40 hour work week to provide balance for billable and non-billable responsibilities!
