Monitor, review, and report the status of marketing plans and projects to management. Build brand awareness with Realtors, businesses, major employers, relocation companies, and other potential business affiliates in the area to establish a grassroots marketing system. Manage new community/model setup. Oversee MLS activities. Conduct new hire sales office orientations. Provide HubSpot training to new hires Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to suggest increasing market capture for existing and new communities. Monitor and manage the division Sales Teams' CRM performance. Intercept leads from websites such as and other syndicated sites.
