    The Warehouse Associate is part of the team behind the scenes that makes memorable moments come to life. As a Warehouse Associate, you actively participate in executing daily tasks in our warehouse operations.     Your Contributions to the Bright Team:

    Driver:

    Drivers are an important part of the Event Rental business, as they ensure the safe and punctual delivery of our products and the Installation Team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle from Bright's fleet, which may include: a commercial van, 24-foot box truck, 22-foot box truck, and more, depending on the location. You will also contribute to the Installation Team: loading, unloading, setting up, and striking our equipment. A Driver must abide by all rules and regulations of the road, including Bright's Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols. Being a Driver at Bright is more than just safely driving a vehicle.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Ensuring the safe operation of Bright's vehicles per state laws and company policiesComplete assigned delivery and pick up routes in a safe, timely manner.Communicate with Dispatch regarding any challenges or delays.Carefully and safely unload and load the vehicle with the Installation TeamAssist in the set-up of events: placing tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom-made pieces as directed.May be subject to transferring product between locations at discretion.Accurately complete all required vehicle inspections through a fleet management software program
    Qualifications for Drivers:
    Must have a valid state Driver's License (Commercial Driver's License is not required)Comfortable utilizing fleet management software for vehicle inspectionsBeing bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.Great communication skills with Bright Team Members and customersA clean driving record and background is required to operate Bright's vehicles; experience driving delivery vehicles is preferred.Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

    Why the Driver Installer is important to Bright:

    The Driver Installer directly impacts the success of setting up events and exceeds client expectations through quality work. As the Driver Installer, you are responsible for ensuring that you drive safely with event rental equipment and carefully install and break down equipment safely and correctly. As the Driver Installer, you will work closely with clients on site and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Safety is priority and you must foster a safe work environment by using the appropriate PPE and follow directions.

    About You:

    • Event set-up experience preferred.

    • Extremely task-oriented, accurate, efficient

    • Problem solve and prioritize needs while on job sites.

    • Ability to walk, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.

    • Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to "jump in and roll up his/her sleeves" to help others.

    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying on task and having attention to detail.

    Your contributions to the Bright Team:

    • Participating in setting up/breaking down at event venues

    • Valid and clear driver license and driving record.

    • Follow DOT driving laws.

    • Installation of different size event tents

    • Installation of event furnishings in both indoor and outdoor events including but not limited to event furniture, staging, dance floors, kitchen equipment, lighting, and draping.

    • Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner.

    • Preparation for daily scheduled activities both in the warehouse and on-site

    • Loading and unloading trucks at the warehouse and on job sites

    • Ensure items are accounted for during delivery and pick- ups.

    • Stacking, cleaning, organizing inventory items on pallet and moving them to different locations when not loading.

    • Load/Unload orders.

    Physical Demands and Abilities:

    • Ability to execute consecutive events while handling the associated stresses and challenges of meeting deadlines.

    • Open availability including weekends and overtime as needed to meet the needs of the business.

    • Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.

    • Must adapt to different weather conditions and noise levels that may be from moderate to heavy.

    • Regularly lift and/or move objects 50-100 lbs.

    • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

As a Warehouse Associate, you actively participate in executing daily tasks in our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate ensures the work area is organized and clean to meet Bright operation standards. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned to support projects and other departments.


    About You:

    · Warehouse, logistics or similar experience preferred

    · Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods and safety compliance

    · Ability to lift heavy objects

    · Forklift driving is plus

    · Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to “jump in and roll up his/her sleeves” to help others.

    · Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and paying attention to detail.


    Your Contributions to the Bright Team:

    · Support departments as needed but not limited to chairs, dish, laundry, tenting, kitchen

    · Stacking, cleaning, and organizing inventory items on pallets and moving them to different locations

    · Pull and stage inventory from the warehouse for outgoing orders

    · Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, and organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed at all times by yourself and your team members.

    · Promotes clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

    · Verification of counts, sorting, and stock inventory in the proper location


    Physical Demands and Abilities:

    · Open availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed.

    · Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

    · Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

    · Use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking, and/or reaching on a frequent basis.

    · Operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment to move large quantities of inventory

    · Pulling and pushing a pallet jack up to 100lbs

    · Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
