  $465,000/year in earning potential for a 40 hour work week
  
  Cases and procedures: Bread & butter cases only- no peds, no cardiac, every now & then: neuro, thoracic, no blocks required either

  1:2 or 1:3 care team model
  
  Credentialing: if candidate is quick with paperwork, cred timeframe is only a few days

  BridgeHealth is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to identify an experienced Senior Grants Accountant to support a complex portfolio of federal, state, and private grants. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and program leadership while ensuring strong financial stewardship and compliance. What You’ll Do Partner closely with the Director of Grants during the application process to develop grant budgets and manage post-award financial activity Bill funding agencies monthly based on actual expenditures and ensure timely and accurate reimbursement Monitor grant spending and collaborate with program managers to ensure proper and timely spend-down Validate payroll, matching funds, and other allowable expenses tied to grants Record grant-related journal entries and reconcile grant receivables and temporarily restricted net assets monthly Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and private grant requirements Prepare and compile financial data for UDS, FFR, and other required grant reporting Support UFR preparation and Single Audit activities in accordance with Uniform Guidance Coordinate with HR, program leaders, and Finance to ensure accurate time and effort reporting and proper cost allocation Review monthly P Read Less
