    What You'll Do

    • Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
    • Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and endurance.
    • Monitor patient progress and accurately document treatment outcomes.
    • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations.
    • Deliver compassionate, patient centered care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.


    What We're Looking For

    • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the applicable state.
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required by employer).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced healthcare environment.
    • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
    • Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented attitude.

    Deliver exceptional occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.Help patients improve mobility, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living.Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home programs.Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes independence and confidence.

    Qualifications

    Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the applicable state.Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and documentation abilities.Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
