Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, including handling payment inquiries and processing payments from walk-in customersDirect walk-in customers to the appropriate sales or service representativesSupport the team and Agent with various administrative tasks and projectsManage appointment schedulingMaintain a warm, approachable, and professional demeanor at all timesRequirements:
