Accountabilities
Responsible for all day-to-day Plumbing related items on the project.
Ensure all employees and subcontractors are working safely.
Responsible to order materials to complete the project.
Responsible for layout.
Responsible to proactively manage the project by pushing the project where any available work is available to us.
Communicate issues with Project Team
Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with others
Analyze and resolve work problems
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3 to 10 years' experience in Plumbing Multifamily Construction
Driver's license and method of transportation is required
