    BT Service is growing, and we are looking for a full-time Service Sales & Account Manager to help expand our plumbing and HVAC service division in the Denver / Front Range market.

    This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on service accounts, property managers, facility managers, maintenance directors, general contractors, developers, and business owners. The right person will help us find new opportunities, follow up with customers, develop long-term service relationships, and support our operations team in delivering a high level of customer service.

    This is not a high-pressure retail sales role. We are looking for a professional salesperson who can build trust, communicate clearly, stay organized, and follow up consistently.

    What You Will Do

    Develop new plumbing and HVAC service accounts.Call on property managers, facility managers, maintenance managers, owners, developers, and general contractors.Follow up on leads, referrals, prior customers, and open proposals.Schedule meetings and site visits with prospective clients.Present BT Service’s plumbing and HVAC service capabilities.Work with the Service Manager and operations team to prepare quotes, proposals, and service recommendations.Track leads, customer communication, proposals, and follow-up activity in our CRM or service software.Help grow recurring service work, maintenance accounts, and long-term customer relationships.Attend networking events and industry functions when appropriate.Support a smaller business-development role for our new construction plumbing division, including bid follow-up, GC communication, and client relationship support.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans.Develop and manage marketing initiatives to build brand.Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Track and report on sales activities, including pipeline management, customer profiles, sales forecasts, and revenue projections, using CRM.Manage sales expense reporting and analysis.

    Who We Are Looking For

    We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, persistent, and comfortable communicating with clients. This person should be able to make outbound calls, write strong follow-up emails, meet with customers, and work closely with an internal operations team.

    Plumbing or HVAC experience is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong sales experience in construction, facility services, property management, restoration, fire protection, building services, or other related industries.

    Ideal Qualifications

    3+ years of sales, account management, construction sales, service sales, or facility-related sales experience.Plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, construction, or property management experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable making calls, setting meetings, and following up consistently.Ability to build relationships with property managers, facility managers, maintenance directors, general contractors, and business owners.Strong organization and follow-through.CRM or service software experience preferred.Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel experience.Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

    Compensation

    This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus or commission opportunity.

    Expected compensation structure:

    Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 depending on experienceTarget total compensation: $85,000–$120,000+ based on performanceBonus / commission opportunity tied to new service revenue, recurring maintenance accounts, gross profit, and account growth

    Qualifications

    1–3 years of experience in plumbing, construction, estimating support, project coordination, or a related field preferredAbility to read construction drawings and specifications is preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood math skills and comfort working with measurements, counts, and takeoffsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systemsExperience with Bluebeam or similar takeoff/document software is preferredStrong communication skills and willingness to learnSelf-starter with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetField plumbing or commercial construction experience is a plus

    What You'll Do:
