    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join this growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow-up via phone, email, and CRMSupport the outside sales team with quoting and account managementPrepare proposals, process orders, and track deliveriesProvide product recommendations to meet client needsMaintain CRM records and manage key customer accounts


    Qualifications:

    1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (construction/industrial preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems a plusProactive, customer-focused, and goal-orientedHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

We're seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team and drive territory expansion in the Columbus, OHIO area.


    Key Responsibilities:

    “Get the sale” by using various customer sales methods, including cold calling, on-site visits, product presentations, and lead follow-upsProspect and build long-term relationships with contractors, project managers, and industrial buyersConduct jobsite visits to evaluate needs and present product solutionsMeet or exceed sales targets while growing the customer base and expanding existing accountsCollaborate with the inside sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillmentMaintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in LeadSmart CRMStay current with product knowledge, safety trends, and industry developments by attending trainings, meetings, and eventsProvide timely feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity


    Qualifications:

    2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the construction or industrial supply sectorsFamiliarity with fall protection, PPE, abrasives, or related safety gear is highly preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and close dealsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
