POSITION SUMMARY: The Machine Operator is responsible for efficiently setting-up and operating various rotary transfer machining equipment, including Buffoli Nuts and Fittings, Davenports, and Acmes. The Machine Operator will also make repairs to tooling, spindles, belts, sheaves, bearings, and other machine components. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Make safety your number one priority by leading by example, addressing unsafe conditions ability to maintain a safe working environment Strong attention to detail; ability to accurately read blueprints and precision measurement tools Good communication, basic math, and time management skills Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 35 lbs. and perform repetitive motions with arms and hands Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing work PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
