Applicator / CDL Driver
Summary/Objective
A CDL driver will operate a single, tandem or multi-axle configuration truck for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy products to/from the company locations or customer locations. This position involves delivery of product to farm fields. This position must possess a Class A or B CDL, hazmat endorsement is a plus. In addition, they are responsible for the operation of spray equipment and the effective application of pesticides or fertilizer. They mix, load and apply pesticides and fertilizers to fields at approved applicable rates. Custom applicators also operate and maintain a variety of equipment and vehicles including sprayers, spreaders and trucks. They must maintain accurate application records and communicate with customers.
The position will report to the Auburn Plant Manager. This position will work with the Agronomic Services location and assigned customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Formulation Development and Product Support
Assist the Seed Lab Manager in the development, optimization, and evaluation of dry powder seed treatment formulations and seed-applied technologies.Conduct laboratory research and testing to support the development of fluency agents, anti-static compounds, desiccants, microbial carriers, biostimulants, fertilizers, micronutrients, and plant growth regulators (PGRs).Evaluate new raw materials, carriers, and formulation technologies for product performance, manufacturability, and quality.Support formulation scale-up activities from laboratory development to pilot and commercial production.Assist in troubleshooting formulation and production challenges to improve product consistency and performance.Seed Treatment Laboratory Operations
