CNC Machinist (Lathe, Mill, Manual Lathe)
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and manual lathes in a fast-paced fabrication and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience producing precision parts, reading blueprints, and maintaining high-quality machining standards.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machinesOperate manual lathe equipment as neededRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specificationsPerform machining operations to meet tight tolerancesInspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Make machine adjustments to ensure accuracy and qualityPerform routine machine maintenance and report issuesFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
Previous CNC machining experience (lathe and mill) requiredExperience with manual lathe operations preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong knowledge of measuring tools and machining tolerancesAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusCompany DescriptionStaff Force is the largest privately owned Staffing Agency in Texas. Pay: Day shift $15.50 and Night shift $17.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm/2:30pm
Monday – Friday 4:00 PM – 12:30am/2:30am
Once hired on permanently, day-shift employees will transition to night shift.

Perform visual inspections of new vehicles for quality and conditionReport and document any damages or discrepanciesSafely drive and park vehicles within the lot or warehouseFollow all safety protocols and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaOther warehouse duties
Requirements:
