Staff Force is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and expand relationships with existing accounts. This role is 75% field-based, focused on selling staffing services to industrial, manufacturing, and office-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and canvassing.Set appointments and meet key decision-makers.Present staffing solutions and close new business.Maintain and grow house accounts.Follow up diligently with prospects and clients.Represent Staff Force professionally in all interactions.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years outside sales experience (preferably in professional services).Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills.Exceptional presentation and closing abilities.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and client-focused.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.Requirements
