    BrainWorks is currently retained on a search for a VP Construction (Installation), West role with a rapidly scaling engineering, construction and maintenance firm focused on specialty transportation infrastructure. The business has grown significantly since its 2020 launch (now ~$190M with strong margins and ~550 employees) and is widely regarded as one of the leading platforms in its space.

    The role has responsibility for a team of 70+ people, reports directly to a Regional President, and leads the construction/installation business across the West region (Denver-based). You will have full ownership across operations, safety & quality, project execution, materials & equipment utilization, team leadership and financial performance. This is a highly visible role with meaningful impact as the company continues to scale both organically and through M&A.
