    Responsibilities

    Assist in preparing accurate repair estimates by gathering details, reviewing vehicle damage, and supporting the estimating process

    Communicate with customers in a friendly, helpful way and keep them informed about next steps

    Work closely with production and shop staff to help make sure information is complete and accurate

    Learn how to identify repair needs, parts requirements, and labor details under the guidance of experienced team members

    Keep records, notes, photos and estimate information organized and up to date

    Support daily customer service tasks and help create a smooth experience from the first visit through completion

    Follow company procedures and maintain a professional, welcoming attitude in every interaction

    Take part in training and coaching to build your estimating knowledge and grow in the role


    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

    Clear verbal and written communication skills

    Basic computer skills and comfort using office software

    Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks

    Customer service mindset and a courteous approach

    Valid drivers license and reliable transportation, if required for the role

    Prior experience in automotive service, body shop support, or estimating is a plus

    Familiarity with dealership systems, repair orders, or parts processes is preferred

    Responsibilities

    Oil Changes: Perform oil and filter changes efficiently, ensuring vehicle lubricants are well-maintained for optimal performance.

    Vehicle Inspections: Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance solutions.

    Fluid Level Checks: Ensure other critical fluids, including transmission, brake, power steering, and windshield washer fluids, are at recommended levels.

    Maintenance Services: Execute additional maintenance services such as tire rotations, balancing, and installation of air filters when needed.

    Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and informative service to customers, answering any questions regarding vehicle maintenance and observed issues.

    Tool Maintenance: Maintain tools and work area in an orderly and safe manner, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    *Staff Management & Leadership:

    Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring they are following protocols, safety guidelines, and delivering quality service.

    Provide training and guidance for new hires and ongoing coaching for current staff.

    Assign tasks and assist other employees, such as vehicle washing, Cleaning or maintenance.

    Ensure team members are working efficiently and staying productive throughout the shift.

    *Customer Service:

    Oversee customer interactions, addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

    Ensure customers are satisfied with the services provided, offering upgrades or additional services where appropriate.

    Assist with resolving any service-related issues, including re-washing vehicles or providing refunds if necessary.


    *Quality Control & Operations:

    Monitor the quality of the car washing and ensure they meet the companys standards.

    Conduct inspections of vehicles before and after theyre washed to ensure all services were completed properly.

    Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report them to management for repair.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, ensuring that all areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.


    *Safety & Compliance:

    Enforce safety protocols for both employees and customers.


    *Cash Handling & Sales:

    Oversee cash operations and make sure all transactions are processed accurately.

    Promote additional services and upgrades to customers (e.g., detailing, waxes, tire shine).

    Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash counting and securing the premises.



    *Reporting & Communication:

    Communicate regularly with the management team about shift performance, issues that arose, and any changes needed in operations.

    Prepare shift reports detailing staff attendance, sales performance, customer feedback, and any incidents or accidents.


    Requirements
