About the Role
BPM is seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing Private Client Services (PCS) or Flowthrough practice. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and closely held businesses.
You will take ownership of complex tax engagements, collaborate with leadership, and play a key role in mentoring junior team members while building strong client relationships.
Note: Candidates located near a BPM office will follow a hybrid work model, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and estatesWork on complex Flowthrough and/or PCS engagements, including real estate, family offices, and closely held business structuresIdentify, research, and resolve tax technical issues and apply findings to client situationsAssist with tax planning strategies, projections, and entity structuring to optimize client outcomesCollaborate with Managers and Directors on client deliverables and tax strategy executionReview work prepared by Associates and provide coaching and feedback to support developmentServe as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional serviceStay current on federal, state, and local tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to the teamContribute to process improvements and team efficienciesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required2+ years of public accounting tax experienceCPA or EA in progress preferredStrong technical knowledge of partnership, individual, and flowthrough taxationExperience with PCS (HNW/UHNW, trusts & estates) or Flowthrough clients (real estate, professional services, manufacturing, etc.)Proficiency with tax research tools and softwareStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsWhat you get:

BPM is looking to hire a Tax Senior or Supervisor (depending on experience) in our Flowthrough practice.
As a Flowthrough Tax Senior or Supervisor you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, S corporations, and other pass-through entities. In this role, you will prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns, conduct technical tax research, and support planning initiatives for a diverse client base ranging from middle-market businesses to high-net-worth individuals. You will collaborate closely with managers and partners to address complex tax matters, contribute to client recommendations, and assist with special projects, while also mentoring junior staff and helping to ensure engagement deadlines and quality standards are met. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in flow-through taxation while building strong client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
Note: Candidates within 45 minutes of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive administrator to support a focused office organization and records management project in our Las Vegas office. This short-term assignment will assist with the cleanup, organization, inventory review, retention processing, and disposal of files, supplies, archived materials, and equipment located throughout the office, basement file room, storage areas, and offsite storage locations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physical tasks, takes direction well, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to seeing projects through to completion. This individual will work directly with the Office Supervisor on a structured daily schedule and play an important role in improving the organization's physical file management and storage systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organize, clean, and inventory materials in office storage locations, including the basement file room, copy room, storage rooms, and storage areas.Sort physical files and records according to established records retention guidelines.Scan client and business documents for electronic storage and retention purposes.Prepare eligible records for secure destruction and shredding.Label, organize, and relocate files, boxes, and supplies as directed.Assist with inventory review and organization of office supplies, archived materials, and miscellaneous equipment.Sort and organize retired or surplus IT equipment.Remove outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary materials under supervision.Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of files scanned, retained, relocated, or destroyed.Help create organized storage systems and filing structures.Keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly throughout the project.Complete additional project-related tasks as assigned by the Office Supervisor.Qualifications:
