We are a rapidly growing cloud and security Managed Services Provider is expanding its project delivery team and adding a Senior Systems Engineer to support client transformation across hybrid Azure environments. This is a newly created, high-impact role designed for engineers who enjoy both client-facing scoping work and hands-on project execution in multi-tenant MSP environments. You will partner with vCIOs, TAMs, and technical delivery teams to turn business needs into well-defined project plans and then lead the implementation. This role supports clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction space, typically ranging from 50 to 110 users with modernizing hybrid infrastructures. What You Will Do • Lead discovery sessions and translate client requirements into project scopes and technical plans • Design and deploy hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, and backup technologies • Deliver projects such as server builds, Azure migrations, M365 deployments, site-to-site VPN configurations, SAN implementations, and hybrid cloud integrations • Own project timelines, resource coordination, documentation, and smooth handoffs to support teams • Strengthen delivery processes by contributing to standards, templates, and best practices • Communicate directly with clients to align technical execution with business priorities What You Bring • Two or more years of MSP experience delivering infrastructure and cloud projects • Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization platforms, and hybrid networking • Ability to lead client-facing scoping sessions and communicate technical detail clearly • Experience designing and executing projects involving server builds, migrations, and cloud integrations • Understanding of security practices, backup technologies, routing, switching, and VPN connectivity • A consultative mindset with the ability to balance planning and execution Why You Will Love It Here • Health, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with company match • PTO and paid holidays • Certification reimbursement and ongoing technical development • A growth-oriented MSP culture that values autonomy, collaboration, and advancement
