Job Summary
Growing, family-owned property management and development company with a large portfolio of historic buildings in business for more than 40 years is seeking carpenters of all skill levels to join our team. Our focus on preservation, restoration and the adaptive reuse of historic buildings will provide a unique opportunity for newer carpenters to expand their skill-set and experienced carpenter to showcase their knowledge and abilities. We do everything from minor repairs during apartment flips to major renovations from shell to finish. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a variety of construction materials and phases of construction from framing to finish. Lead Carpenters should be comfortable managing 1-3 carpenters (depending on job size) of various skill levels, directing them on specific tasks and assist/coach them through any problems they encounter. If you are an experienced Carpenter with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
Required Skills:
Framing, dry wall & spackling, trim & finish work, hardwood floors, hanging cabinets.
Additional Skills:
Tiling, roofing, light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC knowledge, appliance installation, locksmithing.
