THE ROLE
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician at Bovio Rubino Service, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners across South Jersey who depend on us to keep their systems running. You will handle a full range of service work from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs and be expected to represent our standards of quality and professionalism on every call. Core hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM; we do not require overnight shifts or late-night calls.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systemsPerform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and full system evaluationsRead wiring diagrams and blueprints to guide diagnostic and repair workApply knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing as neededPresent repair findings and options to customers in a clear, professional mannerCoordinate with our dispatch team for routing, scheduling, and job updatesMaintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts logsOperate and care for a company-provided vehicle in accordance with company policyUphold all applicable safety standards, local codes, and company proceduresREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
