    Position Summary:
    We are looking for a skilled and compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. If you have experience with Alzheimers, dementia, or stroke patients and are committed to making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:


    Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.Administer medication reminders and monitor basic health needs.Prepare and serve meals tailored to dietary requirements.Provide companionship and foster a positive emotional environment.Perform light housekeeping and run errands as needed.Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.Qualifications:


    Experience caring for seniors, particularly those with Alzheimers, dementia, or stroke recovery needs.Must not currently be working in a facility.Home Care Aide Certificate / Home Care Registry NumberValid Social Security Number (SSN) and authorization to work in the U.S.Current First Aid/CPR certification (required).Compassionate, patient, and excellent communication skills.Physically able to assist clients with mobility and other physical needs.Driving is a plus but not required.

    We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

    Qualifications


    Work Experience
    High School Diploma or GEDCandidate speaks Cantonese. (Preferred)One year experience working with seniors. (Required)CPR/BLS American Heart Association (Preferred)
    KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
    Ability to work independently and as part of interdisciplinary team.Flexible to work in multiple environments including home or center.Positive can-do attitude, conscientious, compassionate, thorough.Basic conversational English skills required; testing may be required.Bilingual may be required with ability to speak primary language to care for participant population; language
    testing may be required.Able to translate/interpret basic information for supervisor/manager, participant and other caregivers; testing may
    be required.Able to document care related items in Basic English (e.g. check off items on flow/monitoring sheets, simple
    words, etc.) on designated forms or electronic health record.
    Physical Requirements
    Ability to stoop, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, talk, hear, and repeat motions of the wrist and hands. Must have visual acuity. Must be able to lift/move weight that is within individual physical ability and use appropriate lifting devices or request assistance when needed.
