Rolling Thunder Skating Center is seeking OUTGOING Management Candidates to join our FANTASTIC team. This facility is located at 7017 Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia, PA, offering roller and in-line skating, a large game arcade, a novelty redemption shop, the best birthday parties in town, and a pizza café.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
Outgoing, “Lead by Example” management and leadership styleSuccessful operations and management experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail or related fields preferredFlexible Schedule, including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays (We will work around your availability)Proven experience with cash controlComfortable entertaining 100 or more guestsEagerness to learn business financials and statisticsFun guest experience mentalityThese part-time management positions (15-35 hours/week based on your availability) are compensated based on your experience $15-18/hour.
