    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Norman, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

    Job Description

    Perform a variety of duties to cut and apply insulation, load/unload panels, frames, and miscellaneous parts

    on paint conveyor, sand paint and repair parts.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    1. Receive oral and/or written instructions and/or assignments from Supervisor.

    2. Load/unload paint conveyor according to sequence as directed by Supervisor.

    3. Operated conveyor elevator lift as required.

    4. Spray/brush adhesive compound on insulation/panels and apply insulation according to specifications.

    5. Visually check parts and repair damage by straightening, sanding, replacing damaged insulation, etc.

    6. Apply zinc chromite paint on panels as required.

    7. Stencil parts as directed by Supervisor.

    8. Identify part pieces, prepare and maintain production records as directed.

    9. Check part pieces and report any continuous defective condition to Supervisor.

    10. Clean, repair, restock and perform similar duties to maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.

    11. Observe all applicable safety rules and regulations.

    Job Description

    Performs a variety of operations such as set-up, brazing, sub-assembly, inspections, minor repairs

    and/or testing to meet specifications.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    1. Work Safe!

    2. Basic computer operating skills.

    3. Check for and obtain required tools, equipment and parts as needed.

    4. Notify trucker/supervisor/scheduler/lead person of part shortages/outages per instruction and as they occur.

    5. Work from blue prints in MES and verbal instructions from Supervisor.

    6. Mount, align, position, assemble, a wide variety of sub-assemblies, components, or piece-parts to complete assembly of coils.

    7. Perform other operations to resolve coil problems including basic visual inspecting or various part/components, verifying their conformance to specifications within the span of normal coil flow and timing as instructed by the Supervisor or lead person.

    8. Place completed piece-parts/material/assemblies and/or coils in lay down area or on pallets for subsequent operations.

    9. Identify parts form drawings or data cards, read the dimensions to the piece-part component, or sub-assembly, using a measuring tape scale or the like.

    10. Arrange fixtures, parts containers, and other materials to provide a minimum of travel distance to perform the operations.

    11. Perform simple repair and/or rework to piece-parts and coils; minor touch-up of surface deformations and finish defects, combing damaged fins in coils, and similar repair duties performed within the span of normal coil flow and timing as instructed by Supervisor.

    12. Performing relief duties as necessary to assist in the orderly flow of the products through the working areas.

    13. Perform rework or minor repairs if assigned by Supervisor.

    14. Perform basic housekeeping functions of sweeping, straightening, etc., to assure a work area of a neat/orderly/clean/productive atmosphere.

    15. Maintain tools, equipment and an orderly work area, 5S area, and record production activities in MES as needed.

    16. Perform any and all other department duties assigned by Supervisor or lead person.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    Job Description

    Perform a variety of duties to cut and apply insulation, load/unload panels, frames, and miscellaneous parts

    on paint conveyor, sand paint and repair parts.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    1. Receive oral and/or written instructions and/or assignments from Supervisor.

    2. Load/unload paint conveyor according to sequence as directed by Supervisor.

    3. Operated conveyor elevator lift as required.

    4. Spray/brush adhesive compound on insulation/panels and apply insulation according to specifications.

    5. Visually check parts and repair damage by straightening, sanding, replacing damaged insulation, etc.

    6. Apply zinc chromite paint on panels as required.

    7. Stencil parts as directed by Supervisor.

    8. Identify part pieces, prepare and maintain production records as directed.

    9. Check part pieces and report any continuous defective condition to Supervisor.

    10. Clean, repair, restock and perform similar duties to maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.

    11. Observe all applicable safety rules and regulations.

    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS:

    To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.

    2. Ability to use adhesive equipment safely and correctly.

    3. On job training.

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Very repetitive work, continuous standing, pushing, pulling, lifting and carry of heavy and/or bulk part required. Weight amounts may vary from 5 pounds to 50 pounds, any amount over 50 pounds requires physical or mechanical help. Arm strength and coordination required for use of pneumatic tools. Repetitive motion of hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders. Ability to raise arms above chest level and over head. Rotating of upper body to lift and position parts on units or conveyor line. Continuous visual and some close mental attention to details involved in assembling unit to blueprint specifications.

    Practice safe work and environmentally friendly behavior and participate actively in safety and environmental training. Maintain and use as required all personal protective equipment (PPE)and other safety equipment provided. Follow environmentally sound practices to help reduce pollution and conserve natural resources. Understand hazards associated with job assignments and alert supervisor/management of any unsafe conditions or environmental concerns immediately. .

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Unit Assembler to join our 2nd shift team in Norman, United States. As a vital member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate assembly of various components and products, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.Ability to work 2ndshift hours.

    Assemble units and components according to detailed specifications and instructionsRead and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work ordersOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficientlyPerform quality checks to ensure assembled units meet required standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesReport any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptlyAdhere to all safety protocols and proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes

    Qualifications
