    Minimum Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.Familiarity with office software suites such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Prior experience working in a marine operations or similar industrial environment.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office setting.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet and assist visitors and clients promptly and professionally, managing the front desk reception area.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, taking messages as necessary.Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.Support various administrative tasks to assist team members and management in daily operations.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer with a valid USCG license and a strong background in diesel-electric propulsion and dynamic positioning (DP) systems. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage all aspects of vessel engineering operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support our commitment to safe and efficient offshore operations.

    Key Responsibilities:Oversee and maintain all vessel mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on diesel-electric propulsion and DP systems.Ensure compliance with USCG, ABS, and ISM regulatory standards.Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on critical systems.Monitor engine performance and fuel efficiency to optimize vessel operations.Manage engineering crew, provide guidance, and ensure proper training.Work closely with the Captain and shore-side management to ensure operational readiness.Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.Qualifications & Requirements:Valid USCG Chief Engineer license (Motor Vessels).Extensive experience with diesel-electric propulsion systems.Strong understanding of dynamic positioning (DP) technology.Knowledge of vessel automation and control systems.STCW certification and valid TWIC card required.Previous offshore or subsea support vessel experience preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
