    Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst to support program requirements, program schedules and perform other related tasks in support of the assigned Program Integrated Product Teams (IPT) activities in a program office managing missile weapon systems. The chosen candidate will assist the Program Manager in the execution of all assigned program activities. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified IPTs and IPT directed business meetings.

    Responsibilities

    Develop program acquisition documentation, including:Acquisition Plans (APs)Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR)Procurement Initiation Documents (PID)Statements of Work (SOW)Funding documentsContract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)APB agreementsAssess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirementsAttend, participate in, and support meetings, conferences, review boards, and other briefingsAnalyze, provide input, and prepare briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, and related materialsSupport and draft program milestone documentation to ensure compliance with DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.

    Required Education

    MA/MS degree

    Required Experience

    At least 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the job descriptionExperience in a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Management Air (PMA) office.Acquisition experience must be specifically tailored to Navy weapon systems working within a Navy acquisition command.

    Must work onsite 100% of the time at NAVAIR, located Lexington Park, Maryland.

    Must possess a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

    Starting salary range between $110,000 - $140,000 annually. Negotiable.

    The CAS Engineer provides technical engineering and analytical support for the Terrain Awareness and Warning System (TAWS II) and Advanced TAWS (ATAWS) capabilities across multiple naval aviation platforms. This role supports system development, integration, and test activities for the PMA-276 UH-1Y/AH-1Z platform as well as ATAWS implementation for the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft. The engineer works closely with program offices, integrators, and test teams to ensure system performance, schedule alignment, and successful transition through developmental test phases. The position requires coordination across stakeholders to address technical deficiencies, support build development, and enable timely delivery of capability upgrades.

    Responsibilities

    Provide technical engineering and analysis in support of TAWS II and ATAWS capability development across assigned aviation platforms.Support Developmental Test (DT) planning, execution, and evaluation activities, including analysis of test findings and deficiency resolution.Coordinate with PMA-276, platform integrators, and engineering stakeholders to support / build development and delivery milestones.Assist with technical assessments related to system integration, performance, and operational suitability.Support incorporation of identified deficiencies into subsequent system builds.Monitor development schedules and technical progress to ensure readiness for planned test phases.Participate in technical reviews, design discussions, and program status briefings.Evaluate engineering documentation and test artifacts to confirm compliance with system requirements.Identify risks, integration challenges, or performance concerns and recommend mitigation strategies.Support cross-platform coordination to ensure alignment of ATAWS development and delivery timelines.Provide analytical input to improve system reliability, safety, and operational effectiveness.Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure technical transparency and program continuity.

    Required Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field

    Required Experience

    Approximately 7–12 years of progressive engineering experience in avionics, aerospace systems, or related DoD aviation programs. Additional advanced education or directly relevant military avionics experience may be considered in lieu of some years of experience.

    Must work onsite 100% of the time at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, located on the Chesapeake Bay in St. Mary's County, Maryland.

    Must possess a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

    Starting salary range between $129,000 to $160,000 annually.

    We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support PMA-261 H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters Program.

    Position Summary
    Our Senior Program Analyst applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to H-53 Helicopter Program Systems Engineering. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

    Responsibilities

    • Support of engineering staffing tracking and updating on a Fiscal Year (FY) basis.
    • Provide direct support for development and/or updates of the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP).
    • Develop and implement the Engineering Review Board (ERB) charter. Work with the Systems Engineer to execute ERB.
    • Develop Size, Weight, Power and Cooling (SWAP-C) board charter. Work with the Systems Engineer to execute SWAP-C board.
    • Manage program funding documentation and Procurement Initiation Documents (PID) in the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
    • Perform funding audits and reviews for the Systems Engineering Integration Team (SEIT).
    • Coordinate with In-Service teams on Configuration Management (CM) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
    • Coordinate and execute Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events to include agendas, building of briefs, management of the Integrated Systems Engineering Environment (ISEE) tool, and Request For Action (RFA) tracking and closure.
    • Assist engineering team with Business and Financial Management (BFM) processes and actions required to achieve program objectives.
    • Coordinate between PMA and external customers for technical planning, execution, and meeting support, including developing briefing materials, responding to data requests, and tracking actions.
    • Coordinate, collect, organize, format and complete internal and external briefs.

    Required Education

    • MA/MS degree

    Required Experience
    • 10+ years of experience performing the duties described above.
    • At least 5 of those years performing management, technical, or business case analyses and collecting, completing, organizing and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Management Air (PMA) office.

    Must work onsite 100% of the time at NAVAIR, located Lexington Park, Maryland.

    Must possess a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

    Starting salary range between $105K - $135K annually.
