We are seeking full-time and part-time Concrete Finishers and Laborers to join our team in Weaverville. You will be a vital part of a medium-sized team responsible for essential tasks in concrete construction projects. This role involves hands-on work in site preparation, formwork setup, and concrete pouring, often requiring frequent travel to multiple job sites. The position offers great opportunities for skill development and career growth, including advancement to Foreman or Supervisor roles through targeted training and experience.

Responsibilities
Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfacesUse hand and power tools to shape and finish concreteApply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfacesInstall expansion joints and edgesOperate heavy equipment such as power trowels and screedsRead and interpret blueprints to determine layout and specificationsCollaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completionSet up formwork accurately to prepare for concrete placementPrepare construction sites by cleaning, leveling, and organizing materialsPour and spread concrete according to project specifications
