  As a Marine Technician, you will assemble new products, install customer-purchased accessories, perform maintenance and repairs, and prepare products for delivery. We're looking for a Technician who...

  Has previous experience in Marine dealershipsIs mechanically inclined and confident in diagnostics and repairsIs reliable and punctualHas a positive attitude and a willingness to learnIs thorough and takes pride in their workmanshipThrives in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environmentCan work independently or as part of a teamWill strictly adhere to Boomerang company policies

  Requirements:

  Degree in marine technology is preferred, but not requiredMust provide your own basic tools; specialty tools and scanners are supplied by the shopMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding workAbility to pass a background check

As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in finalizing new and used product transactions, securing financing, and offering value-added products to customers—all while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:Accurately prepare, review, and process all contract and title paperwork from start to finishPresent all finance and insurance product options using our menu-selling process to 100% of customers, 100% of the timeAct as the primary liaison between the sales team and financial institutionsSelect appropriate lenders and secure timely finance approval Ensure prompt and efficient funding of finance contractsStrategically structure deals to optimize dealership profitabilityMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Requirements:Proven reliability, professionalism, and courteous conduct Strong computer proficiency and ability to work in multiple systems simultaneouslyValid driver’s license and reliable transportationHigh attention to detail and pride in producing thorough, accurate workExcellent communication skills—verbal, written, and listeningExceptional time management and prioritization skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentCollaborative mindset with a team-oriented attitudeConfident in sales with strong closing abilitiesOpen to learning and adapting in a dynamic environmentWillingness to embrace change and continuously improveCommitment to upholding all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
