Boohoff Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our high-performing Seattle litigation team. This is an opportunity to work directly with accomplished trial attorneys on complex, high-value personal injury cases in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.We are looking for a detail-oriented litigation paralegal who thrives in plaintiff personal injury law, understands Washington litigation procedures, and wants to be part of a firm committed to excellence, accountability, and results.If you have experience managing personal injury litigation files from pre-suit through trial and enjoy working alongside elite attorneys and legal professionals — we want to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesSupport senior litigation attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigationManage plaintiff personal injury case files from filing through resolution or trialDraft and respond to discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, correspondence, and litigation documentsCoordinate depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial preparationMaintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings through Washington e-filing portalsCommunicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, medical providers, and expertsOrganize exhibits, medical records, billing records, and trial materialsAssist attorneys with case strategy, document management, and trial readinessEnsure accuracy, organization, and compliance with Washington court rules and deadlines
Qualifications3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury lawExperience handling personal injury litigation cases in Washington StateStrong understanding of Washington auto insurance laws and bodily injury claimsFormer bodily injury insurance adjuster experience is a plusKnowledge of Washington court procedures, litigation timelines, and e-filing systemsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsTrial preparation experience preferred
