What You'll Do:
• Work directly with a senior litigation attorney and support high-stakes personal injury cases through the entire litigation process. • Manage case calendars, draft discovery, prep exhibits, coordinate depos and mediations - and help us walk into trial with confidence. • File and schedule through e-portals, and keep our cases moving efficiently. • Ensure every detail is dialed in - because the best paralegals are also project managers in disguise.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven personal injury experience - if you've been a PI paralegal or a former bodily injury adjuster, you'll hit the ground running. • A solid grasp of Washington car insurance laws. • Exceptional communication skills - with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel. • Obsessive attention to detail, organized systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-reward environment. • A real teammate - because we have each other's backs and we expect the same from you.
