You’ll be part of a high-energy, fast-moving pre-suit team working to secure meaningful results for injured clients — while learning the skills that build a real legal career: negotiation, strategy, communication, and case management. From day one, you’ll work directly with experienced attorneys who want to see you win — because your growth is our growth.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a caseload of pre-suit personal injury cases with support from seasoned attorneys and legal staff.Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients — helping them feel informed and empowered.Develop strategies for efficient resolutions and negotiate favorable settlements.Position cases for strong outcomes.
