    Join Bone Dry Roofing as a Commercial Roofing Estimator and become part of a team known for quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. In this on-site role, you will travel locally in a company-provided vehicle to inspect commercial properties, evaluate project requirements, and prepare accurate cost estimates for low-slope roofing systems. 

    The position combines fieldwork with office responsibilities and requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are scoped correctly and completed successfully. At Bone Dry Roofing, employees are supported by a culture that emphasizes accountability, professional development, teamwork, and building lasting relationships through honest communication and dependable service. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime expected as business demands require, including two Saturdays per month from April through October, and 10- to 12-hour workdays are common during peak season.

    Qualified candidates should have at least two years of commercial roofing experience, one to two years of estimating experience, and a solid understanding of low-slope roofing systems. Applicants must also be willing to climb ladders and work at heights, possess a valid driver’s license, and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

    Position Overview

    As a Gutter Technician/Installer, the technician will complete gutter inspections, repairs, and installations while delivering excellent customer service. This technician role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to diagnose and resolve gutter issues efficiently. Each technician will travel locally to job sites using a company-provided vehicle and provide consistent customer service throughout each project.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform gutter installations, repairs, and maintenance

    Job Overview

    As a Field Supervisor, you will supervise day-to-day field operations and oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. This supervisor role requires you to supervise crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. You will lead by example, lead daily execution on job sites, and lead communication between crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards

    Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors

    Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish

    Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed

    Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc.

    Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations

    Daily travel in the home market

    Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion

    QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

    Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Roofing Canvasser to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners,  and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. 

    As a Roofing Canvasser, you will play a key role in generating leads and building relationships with potential customers in and around the surrounding neighborhoods of the Fort Collins, Colorado area while delivering a high-quality experience as you represent Bone Dry Roofing, a company known for integrity and long-term relationships. 

    Our Roofing Canvasser will engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, generate leads and promote Bone Dry Roofing Services. Obtain customer contact information to schedule a no-cost-no-obligation roof inspection for future home roofing needs and ensure great customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation: Perform active lead generation through door-to-door sales and local sources of business. 

    Outreach: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to identify new roofing opportunities.

    Team Integration: Participate in weekly team meetings at the office to review strategy, receive training, and provide updates. 

    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of neighborhood coverage and client interactions to ensure effective follow-up.

    Technology Usage: Utilize company-approved applications for location tracking and neighborhood management while in the field.

    Overview

    As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, the technician role is a hands-on service position focused on repair excellence. This technician performs service calls, repair work, and diagnostic inspections while delivering dependable service in the field. At Bone Dry Roofing, we value integrity, accountability, and customer service, ensuring every technician represents our commitment to quality roofing work and long-term service relationships.

    Responsibilities

    Perform necessary repairs for commercial properties as described in the scope of work.

    Be the main point of contact for the commercial business customer during the project.

    Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.

    Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects.

    Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.

    Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.

    Look for other necessary repairs on properties, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.

    Follow all safety procedures.

    Requirements

    2+ years of commercial roofing experience 

    Ability to perform service tasks at heights

    Low-slope systems knowledge. 

    Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights,

    Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a company built on trust, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional service. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make informed decisions that protect their homes and investments. As a Sales Representative, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field traveling to local appointments in a company-provided vehicle, building relationships and creating positive customer experiences. Bone Dry Roofing has earned a strong reputation by treating customers and employees with respect, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and always striving to do what's right. We believe great customer service is the foundation of long-term success, and every Sales Representative plays a critical role in upholding that standard. This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season from April through October.

This supervisor position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, motivating crews, and maintaining a strong customer service experience throughout each project. You will lead teams on residential roofing jobs while helping drive safety, efficiency, and quality on every site.

    In this supervisor role, you will oversee roofing crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and monitor projects from start to completion. You will oversee field production, manage workflow priorities, and lead communication between homeowners and internal production staff. Strong customer service abilities are critical, as you will regularly interact with customers and ensure expectations are met throughout the roofing process. The ideal candidate can lead under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

    Bone Dry Roofing has built its reputation on integrity, accountability, teamwork, and dependable customer service. Every supervisor is expected to lead by example, reinforce company standards, and create a positive culture both on the job site and with homeowners. In this role, you will supervise site readiness, oversee safety compliance, and support crew development while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

    Candidates should have 1–2 years of roofing or construction industry experience and the ability to supervise and lead teams effectively. Applicants must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights, possess a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. This is an on-site supervisor position involving local travel to job sites, with a company vehicle provided. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though overtime is required as needed. Two Saturdays per month are required from April through October, and 10–12 hour workdays are common during peak season.

This position requires at least three years of masonry experience and a minimum of one year in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
