Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a company built on trust, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional service. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make informed decisions that protect their homes and investments. As a Sales Representative, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field traveling to local appointments in a company-provided vehicle, building relationships and creating positive customer experiences. Bone Dry Roofing has earned a strong reputation by treating customers and employees with respect, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and always striving to do what's right. We believe great customer service is the foundation of long-term success, and every Sales Representative plays a critical role in upholding that standard. This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season from April through October.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys meeting new people, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the sales process. To be considered, candidates must be willing to climb ladders and work at heights, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
