We are seeking a results-driven individuals with a proven track record in sales to help "Bring Peace of Mind" to our customers around the Fort Wayne area. Bone Dry Roofing supplies a company vehicle, fuel, and provides leads for you! You will be introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, and Hot Leads where you will be given all of the tools you need to succeed in the Fort Wayne market.

You will teach and implement our six-step sales strategies, set clear objectives, and monitor progress of the sales team while selling individually as well to ensure targets are met. With your exceptional interpersonal skills, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Hybrid role acts as "player coach" with individual selling responsibility while leading and mentoring the sales team Lead a team of roofing sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure that team members are meeting or exceeding sales targets. Facilitate weekly training for the team members focusing on all aspects of the WE CARE sales system. Co-travel one time per month with each team member and provide feedback via the feedback form. Provide daily/weekly validation of WE CARE sales system via: Daily - Appointment review for pictures, videos (roof and attic) and call disposition. Weekly - Review of call disposition and A/R and follow up. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth via the We CARE system.
