    We are looking for a Senior Associate Attorney with substantial Family Law litigation experience to join our Orlando office. You will take the lead on a diverse caseload, including:

    Contested and uncontested dissolutions.Paternity and custody disputes.Child support, modifications, and enforcement.Domestic violence injunctionsDCF/shelter proceedings

    You’ll work in a supportive environment with access to junior staff, administrative support, and state-of-the-art case management tools (Filevine, Lead Docket). This is a visible role requiring regular in-court appearances in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and surrounding counties.

    What You’ll Do for Us:

    Lead all aspects of case management and litigation strategy.Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals.Appear in court regularly for hearings, trials, and conferences.Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel.Help maintain and elevate the firm’s high standards for professionalism and client care.

    What You Bring:

    6+ years of Family Law litigation experience.Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Empathetic communicator with excellent client management instincts.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Filevine, and Lead Docket.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Board Certification in Marital & Family Law (preferred by not required)

We have an immediate need for a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5 - 7 years of experience for our Orlando office with experience with Construction Law and handling hearings and depositions to join our talented team and build our increasingly busy Commercial Litigation practice.

    Bonuses and commissions are negotiable and will be commensurate with an appropriate level of receipts for the total compensation

    Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities

    Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and legal correspondence.Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings, trials, and arbitrations.Experience with electronic discovery tools.Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide advice and guidance to clients.Develop an expert-level understanding of our client cases.Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Draft motions and briefs with minimal supervision.Manage various projects and deadlines and prepare, and revise documents.Be able to explain legal terminology to clients succinctly in a timely manner.Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.Develop solutions to complex legal questions.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, deadlines, and objectives.Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.A minimum of 1800 billable hours and receipts of 300k are expected.Comply with Bogin, Munns and Munns policies and procedures.Partner with colleagues to share information, resolve client issues, and support all client projects.Regularly effectively communicate with clients regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy.Supervise the work of paralegal staff and legal assistant in record keeping and document preparation to ensure no mistakes are made.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed in Florida.Proven experience as a Commercial Litigation Associate.Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations related to Commercial Litigation.Familiar working with large clients and consultations.Construction Law.Business Law.Appeals.Civil Litigation.Real Estate Litigation.Must have outstanding skills in negotiation and client interaction.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with high volume practices.Highly organized, detail oriented with great empathy and interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with spoken and written fluency in English, Spanish helpful.Must be able to multitask and handle high-stress, sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality.Ability to handle and keep client information confidential.This job requires the use and exercise of independent judgment.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).The ability to work well under pressure, and to learn and retain new information.Excellent planning and reporting skills.Reliable and dependable.Excellent proof-reading skills and the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
