We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care! We are a sleep medicine practice dedicated to diagnosing and treating sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disorders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visitsPrescribe medications within scope of practice and/or order appropriate testingPerform comprehensive physical examinations of patientsDiagnose and manage sleep disordersFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesCommunicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient careEducate patients and families on sleep hygiene, treatment options, and disease managementQualifications:
