    About The Role

    Banana Republic is seeking a Director, Digital Innovation and Operations to lead our e-commerce roadmap and drive continuous performance improvement across all our digital touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven experimentation, requiring a strategic mindset to deliver a best-in-class experience.

    As the architect of our e-commerce roadmap, this Director will identify and prioritize new features, enhance current functionality, and deliver optimizations that improve our brand relevance and revenue. This role will also lead a robust A/B testing and experimentation program, partnering with cross-functional teams to test hypotheses, analyze results, and implement winning strategies at scale.

    Operationally, this Director will own the executional readiness of major digital moments (i.e. Peak Holiday) and serve as the key escalation point for urgent site and app issues. In partnership with internal UI/UX teams, this role will be integral in deploying platform stability and foundational architecture improvements, while also overseeing the implementation of new tools and partners.

    This Director will be at the forefront of digital transformation for Banana Republic, driving innovation while maintaining excellence in performance and execution. This role will manage the Digital Innovation team, with multiple direct reports. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative leader who has a passion for enhancing the digital customer experience, and has outstanding leadership, organizational and project management skills.

    What You'll Do

    Oversee the Digital Innovation team at Banana Republic.Develop and own the e-commerce product roadmap in alignment with overall brand and business objectives.Design and implement the A/B and multivariate testing roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams to improve conversion, user engagement, and customer experience.Work closely with internal development teams to ensure digital initiatives are aligned to brand priorities and are delivered on time.Serve as the operational lead for large-scale digital moments (i.e. Peak Holiday), ensuring flawless execution of major launches, campaigns, and site/app updates.Act as the first point of contact for urgent site issues or outages, leading incident responses and communicating updates clearly with key stakeholders.Identify opportunities for innovation and growth across the digital ecosystem.Partner with analytics, UI/UX, and marketing teams to derive insights from digital enhancements and hypotheses testing.Continuously monitor trends, cultural shifts, and emerging partners in the digital space.

    Who You Are

    7+ years in e-commerce, digital operations, or product management roles with increasing responsibility.Proven success leading digital roadmaps and e-commerce experimentation programs.Strong understanding of A/B testing tools (i.e., Optimizely) and analytics platforms (i.e., Adobe Analytics).Experience managing QA processes and seasonal readiness for large-scale brand moments.Collaborative mindset, with desire to foster partnership and conceptual integration with key cross functional teams (i.e., marketing, site merchandising, development, UI/UX, etc.)Demonstrated ability to think strategically, understand business challenges and recommend effective implementation plans designed to drive results.High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to care for multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.Exceptional project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

    Salary Range: $152,500 - $202,000 USD

    About The Role

    The HR Director, Athleta Headquarters is responsible for leading strategic HR business partnership across Athleta Headquarters functions that fosters a culture of performance, inclusivity and engagement and fuels business success. The HR Director will lead people strategies that align with our business goals, oversee all day-to-day HR activities across Athleta Headquarters functions, provide thought leadership to these organizations and associated Leadership Teams, develop and execute talent management and change management strategies and partner with key Gap Inc. HR centers of excellence (Talent Management, Employee Experience, Recruiting, Total Rewards, Inclusion and Belonging, etc.) to deliver results against people strategies. This leader reports to Athleta's Head of HR and leads the Athleta HQ HR Business Partner team.

    What You'll Do

    Provide strategic thought leadership and consultation/support on people and organizational issues: collectively, directly and through matrix management throughout the organization, leveraging resources, programs and tools to achieve desired outcomesActively participate with and influence the Leadership Teams, advising on people and organization impact of business plans and decisions; ensure that change and transformation plans are established and effectively executedIdentify and implement strategies which improve employee engagement and sense of belonging year-over-year, as measured through the continuous listening process; effectively build cross functional partnerships and consensus to bring strategies to life aligned with the overall business strategyAnalyze HR metrics to identify business opportunities working with leadership to develop and implement solutionsDrive talent management and succession planning activities within the businessProactively partner with the business and HR partners in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to develop strategies to strengthen or fill talent, organization and/or resource gaps, as needed, to ensure a ready-now talent pipeline; identify and deploy appropriate retention strategies to promote organizational stabilityCollaborate with and influence leaders to turn culture vision into tangible actionsLead and develop a team to support effective execution of all objectives, and enable professional development and career growth for team members

    Who You Are

    About The Role

    We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Director of CRM Center of Excellence at Gap Inc. This critical position will oversee the development and implementation of CRM strategies that enhance customer experience, streamline database management, and drive collaboration across four brands within the organization. Reporting into the Loyalty Organization, the Director will shape CRM excellence, ensuring alignment with brand goals and corporate initiatives.

    Unified CRM Strategy: Lead the creation and alignment of a unified CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty across all brands.Customer Experience Optimization: Collaborate with brand marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys, interactions, segmentation, and personalization strategies.Database Management: Oversee CRM database optimization, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance, while driving innovation in data analytics and reporting.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic liaison across brand marketing, loyalty programs, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless CRM adoption and execution.CRM Center of Excellence: Establish processes and frameworks for the CRM Center of Excellence, providing thought leadership and mentorship on best practices.Emerging Trends and Technologies: Monitor and integrate emerging trends and technologies in CRM and loyalty to maintain competitive advantage.ROI and Measurable Results: Partner with Finance to ensure CRM investments deliver measurable ROI and achieve results in customer experience enhancement and operational efficiency.

    Who You Are

    Experience in CRM strategy, loyalty programs, or related roles, preferably within retail or consumer-focused industries.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives across multiple brands.Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM tools, technologies, and database management.Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.Track record of achieving measurable results in customer experience enhancement and operational efficiency.

    Preferred Skills

    Knowledge of current CRM platforms and emerging technologies.Experience with loyalty program structures and customer lifecycle management.Ability to manage complex projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

    About The Role

    The strategy team is responsible for the definition and evolution of our overall brand strategy, long-range plan, and annual operating plan. We also identifying growth opportunities where we can create structural advantage, and for preparing and supporting our C-Level executives for key stakeholders meetings. In this role you'll work front and center in helping define the best growth path forward for our brand. Through rigorous analyses, focus on our customers & competitors, creative thinking, and partnership with other functions across the business, we develop the future strategic direction for the brand. You will be help drive critical projects to advance our strategic priorities, growth, and long-range plans through deep partnership with brand leaders and stakeholders across the company.

    What You'll Do

    Who You Are

    Professional work experience in apparel (ideally with merchandising and go-to-market experience) and management consulting strongly preferred. The Old Navy Strategy team defines and evolves the Old Navy strategy, identifies and evaluates growth opportunities, and supports C-level leadership in executing on our strategy. You will drive critical projects, work cross-functionally, and provide outside-in perspective to the organization.

    What You'll Do

    Contribute to Old Navy strategy and answer critical business questions through research, analysis, and synthesis:

    a. Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform the strategy

    b. Develop and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses, including models

    c. Synthesize findings, develop storylines, and communicate to key leaders

    Lead special projects in support of the Old Navy strategy, facilitating collaboration across teams (Product, Stores, Online, Marketing, Finance, Analytics & Insights, etc.) to drive the businessEvaluate new business opportunities, assessing market potential, evaluating brand/customer fit, and developing accompanying business casesLead development of the Brand long range and annual plans, and drive strategy governance to track progress and assess risks and opportunitiesDevelop executive-level presentations and materials for key stakeholder conversations, including Board of Directors meetings, leadership meetings, etc.Mentor team members, providing strategic guidance, thought leadership, and elevating analytical rigor and business acumen
