Safely operate and drive commercial roll-off trucks within the local metro area.Drop off, pick up, and secure scrap containers at customer and supplier locations.Perform standard daily morning pre-trip inspections (fluids, tires, and basic rail upkeep).Maintain clear communication with dispatch and provide excellent service to local accounts.What We’re Looking For:
License: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A) with a current Medical Certificate.Experience: 2+ years of commercial driving experience is preferred (Truck and Pup, Dump trucks, waste/refuse, or roll-offs are all highly transferable). 2+ years of flatbed experience is a plus.The Key Factor: A reliable, safety-minded professional with a positive, coachable attitude.Physical: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role (climbing truck ladders, securing containers, lifting up to 50 lbs).Benefits:

As the central heartbeat of our yard operations, you will serve as the primary communication link between our customers, drivers, scale house, and management.
Coordinate the Fleet: Schedule and dispatch daily routes for roll-offs, flatbeds, end dumps, and container chassis.Customer Service: Receive and schedule incoming service requests via phone and email from our industrial and manufacturing accounts.Real-Time Tracking: Monitor driver progress, communicate route changes, and coordinate container deliveries, exchanges, and pickups.System Management: Maintain accurate digital dispatch records using our industry-specific software and Microsoft applications.What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or fast-paced customer service. Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environment is a major plus.The Master Multitasker: Someone who stays calm, organized, and effective when the pressure is on and priorities shift quickly.Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing multi-line phones and learning logistics software platforms.The Key Traits: Customer-centric, clear communicator, natural problem solver, and a true team player.Benefits:
