Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
Bob Bell Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume dealership. If you have a strong background in customer service, a passion for the automotive industry, and experience with GM vehicles we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Greet customers and gather vehicle informationAccurately document customer concerns and symptomsRecommend maintenance services based on mileage, age, and historyCreate detailed cost estimates for parts and laborMonitor repair progress and keep customers updatedReview and finalize repair orders and invoicesClearly explain repairs and charges to customers
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required)Proven track record of excellent customer satisfactionHigh energy, reliable, and team-orientedLong-term career mindset with a desire to growStrong communication and organizational skillsCDK software experience (a plus)GM dealership experience and/or bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
