They are seeking a Project Engineer to support daily operations and enhance project management effectiveness. This role offers the chance to develop skills in jobsite supervision and construction management in a flexible, mostly worksite based environment.
The estimated pay range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect work performed by trade partners and ensure quality control measures are upheld.Manage jobsite cleanliness, security, and safety standards.Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges efficiently.Assist in enforcing project schedules and procure necessary materials for ongoing projects.Create, manage, and report on RFIs and submittals while interfacing with property managers and clients.Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to multi-task effectively under pressure.Construction accounting experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to foster deep relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and PDF editing tools (Bluebeam, Adobe, etc.).Self-motivated and organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Some of the Benefits Include:
