Blueprint Mental Health is a growing, collaborative mental health practice led by experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Therapists dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. We are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality therapy and medication management services to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional wellness concerns.
Our Licensed Therapists work closely alongside Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in an integrated care model, collaborating with patients already established in medication management services to provide comprehensive, whole-person mental health support.
We are currently seeking fully licensed therapists: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, and LMFT to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, strong clinical support, and a healthy work environment where both clients and Therapists are genuinely cared for.
Our Therapists receive established referrals through patients already connected to psychiatric medication management services, allowing for a steady flow of motivated clients and a supportive approach to treatment.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions while building strong therapeutic rapport and fostering long-term patient engagement and retention
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 patients per week
• Provide high-quality therapeutic care tailored to each patient’s needs
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to coordinate and support comprehensive patient care
• Support patients in achieving emotional, relational, and psychological wellness goals

Qualifications:
• Fully licensed in Tennessee: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT
• Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions
• EMDR and Brainspotting training are a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing compassionate, client-centered care
