    We are actively seeking a Part Time Senior Management Analyst to support our civilian client. This analyst must have experience in workforce planning, quality management systems, processing documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Work Description:

    In support of our civilian client, the Part-Time Senior Management Analyst will provide senior-level analytical, planning, and documentation support across workforce planning, quality management, financial operations, and business process improvement efforts. The analyst will help develop and maintain quality management system and financial operations documentation, draft standard operating procedures, support business analysis studies, and collaborate with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved processes and operational efficiency. Strong candidates will be U.S. citizens with a bachelor's degree, 3–10 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with workforce planning, quality management systems, process improvement and documentation, and business case analysis.

    Responsibilities: The Senior Management Analyst will support tasks such as:

    Work Description:

    In support of this civilian client, the SME Management Analyst will serve as a senior logistics and supply management resource, applying expert knowledge of the Naval and Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), inventory management, logistics data elements, and the Sector Allowancing process. The analyst will use NESSS to manage and analyze inventory information, identify and resolve logistics and supply issues, assess client allowances, and recommend process or data improvements to support accurate, efficient supply operations. This role will also provide guidance, training, and client-facing support to personnel on logistics data management, NESSS usage, supply chain best practices, and inventory-related decision-making.     Work Description:

    Our civilian client develops export control policies, issues export licenses, and prosecutes violators to heighten the nation's economic prosperity. As part of this, Technical Advisory Committees (TACs) advise the client on the technical parameters for export controls applicable to dual-use commodities and technology and on the administration of those controls. These committees meet multiple times per year and must be administered according to Federal Advisory Committee Act guidelines. The objective of this project is to enhance the Office of Technology Evaluation's ability to administer, manage, execute, and provide technical support to all TACs for the client Export Administration (EA).

    In support of this program, the TAC Administrator will provide direct support in management, tracking, auditing, and execution in support of Technical Advisory Committee activities.

    Responsibilities: The TAC Administrator will support tasks such as:

    Coordinate and manage Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Meetings, planning, logistics, and administration.Coordinate with TAC shareholders for the proper and lawful administration and documentation to support each committee and its constituents.Draft and publish TAC meeting schedules in Federal Register.Maintain records of committee membership and applicable data related to participation of TACs.Audit and ensure strict compliance with Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) guidelines.Provide general support and assistance to Emerging Technology Division Director as required.Other duties as assigned to support OTE stakeholder engagement and other initiatives.

    Work Description:

    Work Description:

    The civilian agency develops export control policies, issues export licenses, and prosecutes violators to heighten the nation's economic prosperity.     In support of this program, the Senior Analyst will provide economic trade data and analysis in support of agency activities. The Senior Analyst will respond to queries about trade related data sets and conduct advanced data analysis in support of reports, investigations, and special projects.

    Responsibilities: The Senior Analyst will support tasks such as:

    Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of export policies and national security controls, U.S. industry's economic/regulatory concerns, and any impact to the Export Control Reform Act.Develop and apply operations research / statistical / mathematical / artificial intelligence / machine learning methodologies and techniques to analyze the effects of export controlsReview export and reexport transactions to identify noncompliance from foreign intermediaries and end users through a variety of data sources.Support consultation with Allies/partner countries and outreach to industry.Gather and analyze data to assess effectiveness of licensing system and multilateral partnerships.Analyze and assist the evaluation of the capabilities, effectiveness, feasibility, and costs of proposed alternative export policies.Apply advanced statistical and quantitative evaluation methods to develop and or recommend courses of action, management methodologies, and action implementation plans in directed recurring studies.Support and advise on implementation of collaborative knowledge management systems, (i.e., Palantir Foundry, SharePoint, SQL, data management)

    Work Description:

    The civilian agency develops export control policies, issues export licenses, and prosecutes violators to heighten the nation's economic prosperity.     In support of this program, the Senior Analyst will provide economic trade data and analysis in support of agency OTE activities. The Senior Analyst will respond to queries about trade related data sets and conduct advanced data analysis in support of reports, investigations, and special projects.

    Responsibilities: The Senior Analyst will support tasks such as:

    We are actively seeking a Top Secret–cleared Experimentation & Operational Analysis Technical Specialist with expertise in experimentation planning, modeling and simulation, and operations research to support our Department of War clients. Qualified candidates will design and execute data collection and analysis plans, conduct cost-benefit evaluations, and deliver technical assessments to guide Navy science and technology investment decisions.

    Work Description:

    The Technical Specialist provides experimentation planning, operational analysis, and technical evaluation services to the agency.
