Additional Desired Qualifications: Experience with or understanding of the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Historic Tax Credit (HTC) programs, and/or charter school facility operations or financing. Experience with community development real estate developers and nonprofit community-based organizations.
