Code and post vendor invoices
Post daily receipts
Reconcile all banks accounts monthly
Process and post accounts payable runs each week
Deposit customer receipts weekly
Maintain and analyze fixed asset sub-ledger
Maintain customer billing function
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Process monthly and quarterly financial statements
Process monthly and quarterly sales tax, CAT and Use taxes
Process monthly commissions
Complete ad hoc projects as assigned
Open and distribute mail
Help visitors as they come to the door
Help answer phones
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Experience with Quickbooks or a comparable accounting software program
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Experience with Connectwise a plus
Superior organizational and time management skills
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with staff and customers
Must be able to multi-task and be flexible as needed

· Provide tier 1-2 level support via remote access, telephone, email, and in-person correspondence
· Provide end-user desktop support and troubleshooting in Windows/Office environment
· Setup and install peripherals including but not limited to routers, phones, PC's, printers, and laptops in person.
· Installation and maintenance of EndPoint Protection software and removal of malware/exploits
· Answer incoming end-user inquiries via telephone and email and solve problems including email, password reset, printers, networking, Microsoft Office, Office365.
· Maintain, implement, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment in order to provide IT solutions for customer's critical business systems
· Efficiently execute maintenance and support procedures, anticipating the needs of clients and communicating clearly with all interested parties using email, ticket tracking systems, telephone, and in-person correspondence
· Work with team members to resolve more complex problems and escalate difficult issues to Team Lead for additional technical assistance
· Log all help desk interactions within our ticketing system.
· Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed.
· Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install and patch management, Windows problem determination and resolution, log analysis, etc.
· Interface with third party vendors as liaison between client and vendor
· Utilize superior customer service skills
· Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
· Perform dispatching of new helpdesk tickets to the appropriate resource.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions as well as any external customers of BlueBridge Networks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively manage, administer and maintain Firewalls, switches, and routing equipment for Bluebridge Networks and its customers.Manage and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WWAN, and Internet connections.Install, maintain and support Windows based server infrastructure and roles including AD, DNS, DHCP, SQL, RDS, IIS.Configure, maintain, and support customer infrastructure as needed.Monitor network security to protect against external, internal, and/or programmatic attacks.Assist in defining overall network security strategies and procedures.Manage and maintain successful backup and continuity solutions in primary and secondary locations, as well as customer sites.Utilize network monitoring software to ensure timely alerts and response to network issues.Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.Serve as an escalation point for network systems operational issues.Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.Investigate developing network technologies and provide recommendations regarding the future application of such technologies and related productivity gains.Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours issues in a timely manner based upon severity and/or business impact.· Minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience.
